Measuring 12 mm x 5 mm and 1.2 mm or 1.96 mm thick, the EntréPad 1610 debuts as the market’s smallest fingerprint sensor. It also supports a comprehensive set of security platforms: Trusted Platform Module, Trusted Computing Group, Microsoft Vista, and Intel X. Other firsts include next-generation anti-spoofing technology, always-on authentication, and secure matcher and fingerprint template storage using optional flash memory. Offered in a 40-ball BGA, the sensor exhibits scratch-and-impact resistance beyond 10-million rubs and operates in temperatures from 0°C to +70°C.
