To meet constantly changing performance requirements in a number of industries, the Circular MT cable assemblies target high-density telecommunication applications. They feature metal housings and stainless steel push-pull locking rings, making for a more robust MT ferrule-based interface when compared to ribbon-based optical interfaces. A recessed MT ferrule in both the connector and receptacle ensures a scoop-proof interface, preventing damage to the alignment pins and the ferrule's end face. Other features include 12 to 72 loose fibers, 360° cable rotation, and an O-ring and EMI gasket. MOLEX INC., Lisle, IL. (630) 969-4550
