Tested and screened per MIL-PRF-55310 and MIL-STD-883 Class B standards, the company's latest military-grade, temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) are rad-hardened to 20 krads and can withstand swept sine vibrations of 20g, 10 Hz to 500 Hz, and mechanical shock of 500g. Relying on proprietary compensation and stabilization methods, the components maintain a frequency stability of 1 ppb over an operating temperature range from -55ºC to +125ºC. Users can specify sine wave, HCMOS, TTL, or PECL outputs, a frequency range of 1 MHz to 100 MHz, and inputs of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 15V. The TCXOs come in a variety of standard packages, i.e., 14-pin DIL, 1" x 1", and 9 mm x 14 mm. Custom frequencies, input voltages, and packages are also available. Prices start at $85 each/100.
