The PT 510 pressure transmitters employ a stainless steel diaphragm and completely welded construction that eliminates the need for an O-ring seal. This allegedly allows the components to be more effective in humid environments with chilled media than comparable O-ring sealed sensors, conditions common to the food and beverage markets as well as other high-humidity environments. The transmitters are available with measurement ranges up to 500 psi and an accuracy rating of 0.5% of full-scale reading. They are two-wire loop powered with 4 mA to 20 mA analog linear outputs. Interfacing is via a 0.25" NPT male process connection. TURCK INC., Plymouth MN. (800) 544-7769.
