The CVCO55CW-1000-2000 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates over a frequency range from 1 GHz to 2 GHz with a control voltage from 1V to 20V with a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset. The component comes in an industry-standard, 0.5" x 0.5" surface-mount package and specifies an input voltage of 10V with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Other features include minimal pulling and pushing at 8 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V, respectively, and a typical second harmonic suppression of -10 dBc. Target applications include digital radio, fixed-wireless access, satellite communications, and base stations. Pricing starts at $10.39 each in volume. CRYSTEK CRYSTALS CORP., Fort Myers, FL.
