Ready for applications such as digital radio, fixed wireless access, satellite systems, and base stations, the CVCO55CC-2500-2600 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2.5 GHz to 2.6 GHz with a control-voltage range from 0.5V to 4.5V. It specifies a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. Residing in an industry-standard 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package, input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing figures are 0.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively, and typical second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc. Pricing starts at $18.46 each in volume.
