Operating from 3,175 MHz to 3,375 MHz with a control voltage range from 0.1V to 16V, the CVCO55CC-3175-3375 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) finds employment in digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations. The VCO features a typical phase noise of -106 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and reportedly exhibits excellent linearity. Available in an industry-standard, 0.5" x 0.5" surface-mount package, input voltage is 8V with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Other features include minimal pulling and pushing to 3 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively, and a typical second-harmonic suppression figure of -15 dBc. Pricing for the CVCO55CC-3175-3375 starts at $19.52 each in volume. CRYSTEK CRYSTALS CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
