For manufacturers requiring a reliable thermostat in wet or damp environments, the T60 encapsulated thermostat features an all-plastic sealed housing that eliminates corrosion and prevents water damage. Suitable applications include refrigeration defrost control, heat pumps, and HVAC systems. The automatic reset thermostat employs a factory-calibrated fixed bi-metal disc mounted adjacent to the target surface. It promises a rapid response to temperature changes and opens or closes on rise at the set point. The thermostat adapts to 0.3125" or 0.37" tubing with or without clip and a clip is available to hold the sensing element firmly against the surface. The T60’s snap-action SPST contacts handle up to 16A at 250 Vac or 9A at 12 Vdc and comes factory calibrated to any temperature between -20°C to +100°C. SELCO PRODUCTS CO., Anaheim, CA.
