With switching a capacity to 20A, A4 Series automotive relays offer contact arrangement options of SPST N.O. and SPDT and are available in a dual relay package. Coil-voltage options include 3, 5, 6, 9, 12, 18, and 24 Vdc. Specs include a contact resistance of less than 30 milliOhms initially, maximum switching power of 280W on the single and 2 x 280W on the dual package, maximum switching voltages of 380 Vac and 75 Vdc. RoHS compliance, an electrical life of 100,000 cycles and a mechanical life of 10-million cycles, insulation resistance of 100 MegaOhms at 500 Vdc, and a dielectric strength of 750 Vrms minimum at sea level and coil to contact is 1.5 kVrms. Operating temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. Volume pricing ranges from $0.44 each depending on coil, contact configuration, and volume. CIT RELAY & SWITCH, Maple Grove, MN. (763) 535-2339.
