Enclosure Accelerates Industrial Wireless Installations

Promoted as a turnkey solution for the installation of industrial wireless radio modems and small RTU devices, the radio-ready, NEMA 4X RAD-SYS-NEMA4X-900 includes a 24-Vdc power supply, UPS system, surge protection, and an antenna adapter. A pre-wired power rail provides space for either a Trusted Wireless or GSM/GPRS radio modem and other components. The 24 Vdc power with backup prevents failure due to power dips and brown-outs while an integrated surge arrestor protects against lightning and surges. Additionally, the fiberglass enclosure makes it suitable for mounting in harsh indoor or outdoor environments and its dual latching/lockable lid prevents unauthorized access.
