The digitally compensated, CE approved AST20HA high-accuracy pressure transducer targets applications requiring high-performance over a range of operating conditions at an affordable price. Among those applications are test stands, hydrogen filling stations, medical laboratories, and military/aerospace vehicles and equipment. The sensor’s ASIC design features real-time thermal compensation and linearity correction, enabling it to excel in dynamic temperature environments. Its one-piece stainless steel construction is built upon the company’s Krystal Bond Technology. The device contains no O-rings, so designers do not have worry about O-ring-to-media compatibility. It features 100 V/m of EMI/RFI protection from electrical noise. Also, the low operating strain of the diaphragm offers excellent non-repeatability and long-term stability. Operating temperature range is –40°F to 185°F, and pressure ranges of 0-25 psi to 0-10,000 psi are available. Output options include 4-20 mA, 1-5 V, 1-10 V, and 0.5-4.5 V ratiometric.
