For exterior applications, the switches are permanently engraved Engine Start on the 90047-01 switch and Engine Stop on the 90048-01 into their surfaces and reportedly will not wear off. Both switches employ two brass screw terminals with lock washers and rugged, die-cast zinc housings with knurled aluminum face nuts.
