With power density of up to 21 W/in.3, the model PM36218B-10P is an 8.1-kW, three-phase switching power supply with a power factor of 0.95. Accepting an input of 400/480 Vac, the supply comes in the company’s standard 5-in. x 5-in. case, yielding its impressive power density. The 48-V supply features internal forced-air cooling, providing full power continuously over operating temperatures from 0?C to +50?C. The rugged design with a range of 365 to 528 Vac makes it suitable for all applications where three-phase, 400/480-V ac industrial power is used. Other features include fully-floating outputs; overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection; and remote sense. A variety of standard and custom options are available.
