With an OCXO-class frequency/temperature coefficient of ±0.1, the TG-5500CA TCXO boasts of extremely high accuracy and stability.
With an OCXO-class frequency/temperature coefficient of ±0.1, the TG-5500CA TCXO boasts of extremely high accuracy and stability. Measuring 7 mm x 5 mm, the component integrates a QMEMS crystal unit and exploits a unique structural design that takes into account thermal conductivity and stabilizes the frequency/temperature coefficient and long-term aging characteristics. In addition to applications formerly the domain of OCXO-range devices, the TG-5500CA is also viable for improving the performance and function of systems that employ an existing TCXO. Specs include an output frequency range from 10 MHz to 40 MHz, a supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, and a current consumption of 4 mA maximum. EPSON ELECTRONICS AMERICA INC., El Segundo, CA.
