the OPI1268 high-voltage optoisolator delivers a data-transfer rate up to 2 Mbd

In addition to 2 kV of isolation, the OPI1268 high-voltage optoisolator delivers a data-transfer rate up to 2 Mbd. The device combines a GaAlAs LED with a peak wavelength of 850 nm, optically coupled to a Photologic photodiode in the output IC. Forward current is 10 mA typical and 50 mA maximum with a typical propagation delay of less than or equal to 500 ns. Creepage distance/air path is 24.64 mm. Typical pricing is $3.48 each/1,000.
