Integrated Sensors Detect Lead Selenide And Sulfide

March 9, 2010
The Integrated Detector Assembly (IDA) lead selenide and lead sulfide high-sensitivity infrared detectors integrate their relevant electronics within a compact, hermetically sealed TO-8 package

The Integrated Detector Assembly (IDA) lead selenide and lead sulfide high-sensitivity infrared detectors integrate their relevant electronics within a compact, hermetically sealed TO-8 package. Covering the 1.0 to 5.5 µm infrared region, the detectors provide a sensitivity of 1.5E10 Jones. The IDA lead selenide (2.8 cm x 1010 cm Hz1/2 w-1 peak D) and lead sulfide (1.5 x 1011 cm Hz1/2 w-1 peak D) detectors are available in both 1- and 2-mm square sizes. CAL SENSORS INC., Santa Rosa, CA.
