The CVCO55CC-2580-2650 voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 2,580 MHz to 2,650 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V. It features a typical phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset and a typical output power of +3 dBm. Packaged in an industry-standard 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package, input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 40 mA.
