The Model SEM02012 fail-safe SPDT RF switch provides a working bandwidth from dc to 18 GHz and operates from a 12 Vdc supply at 275 mA. Maximum insertion loss is 0.5 dB, isolation is at least 60 dB, and VSWR is less than 1.5:1.
