Safely deploying in extreme-temperature apps such as cryogenics, flight test, ALT/HASS/ESS, and space hardware testing, the Endevco model 2271A accelerometers perform high-reliability vibration and acceleration measurements in extreme environments. Available with either a 10-32 side connector (model 2271A) or a 10-32 top connector (model 2271AM20), the components operate over an operating temperature range of -269°C to +260°C with a flat temperature response and they exhibit shock survivability to 10,000g peak. Piezoelectric sensing elements are housed in a corrosion-resistant stainless steel case, which is hermetically sealed, and signal ground is isolated from the sensor’s outer case.
