Keratherm U 90 silicone-free thermal interface pads use light-tack adhesive to enable thermal conductivity and easy positioning between components. A ceramic-filled polyurethane film with a thermal conductivity of 6 W/mK and thermal impedance of 0.05 Kin.2/W, U 90 is a lower cost version of Keratherm U 80. It is available in thicknesses of 0.125, 0.225, and 0.325 mm and on roll stock or custom shaped pads. Pricing starts at $0.16 for 1” square, 0.175-mm thick pads in high volume.
