The Cascade Series thermoelectric assemblies (TEAs) employ multistage thermoelectric modules to achieve a high temperature differential from ambient. They produce up to 40% higher cooling at cold temperatures than components with similar form factors. Standard configurations use either an air-air convection cooling method where heat is absorbed and dissipated by heat exchangers (AAC-050-24-22-00-00) or a direct-air conduction cooling method where heat is absorbed through a cold plate and dissipated via heat exchangers (DAC-035-12-02-00-00 and DAC-060-24-02-00-00). Custom configurations are also available. LAIRD TECHNOLOGIES, St. Louis, MO. (888) 246-9050.
