The CVCO55CC-2175-2175 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates at 2,175 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V to 4.5V. The component features a typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at a 10-kHz offset and a typical output power of +7 dBm. Available in a 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package, input voltage is 8 V, maximum current consumption is 28 mA, and pulling and pushing are set to 2 MHz and 1 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typical. CRYSTEK CORP., Fort Myers, FL. (800) 237-3061.
