Compliant with NASA’s low outgassing requirements, EP65HT-1 epoxy exhibits high temperature resistance and fast room temperature curing as well as reliable electrical insulation capabilities and strong chemical resistance. With a glass-transition temperature exceeding 125ºC, the epoxy features fast cure times even when mixed in small masses, i.e., a 10g to 20g mass will cure in three to five minutes at room temperature. It is serviceable over a temperature range of -60ºF to +400ºF, has a tensile shear strength approaching 3,000 psi, and a Shore D hardness greater than 75. MASTER BOND INC., Hackensack, NJ.
