MEMS Oscillator Sports Wide Bandwidth

Said to be exceptionally wide, the IQMS-900 series MEMS oscillator operates over a frequency range from 1 MHz to 800 MHz. The component is factory programmable with either a LVDS or LVPECL output and is available in two sizes: a 7 mm x 5 mm and a 5 mm x 3.2 mm plastic package. Specs include a phase jitter of 0.7 ps at 200 MHz, supply voltages of either 3.3V or 2.5V, and frequency stabilities at either ±10 ppm over an operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C or ±15 ppm over -40°C to +85°C.
