Highly viable for transmitter applications, the CVCO55FLM-0172-0210 voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) packs an extra modulation port with a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -20 kHz/V. The component operates from 172 MHz to 210 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2V to 4.8V. Other features include a typical phase noise of -119 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset, typical output power of 0 dBm, a 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package, an input voltage of 3V, a maximum current consumption of 9 mA, pulling and pushing to 1 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively, and a second harmonic suppression figure of -20 dBc typical.
