The CVCO55CC-0827-0840 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 827 MHz to 840 MHz with a control voltage from of 0.2V to 4.7V. At a 10-kHz offset, typical phase noise is -124 dBc/Hz. Output power is typically -6.5 dBm. Available in a 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package, input voltage is 5V, maximum current consumption is 30 mA, pulling and pushing are 0.05 MHz and 0.05 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -18 dBc typical.
