For high-security apps, the CKM Series high-security, 16-mm keylock switches for panel mounting employ five tumbler locking mechanisms. High reliability is attributed to sliding silver contacts and a vertically rotating self-cleaning switching mechanism. These features ensure long operating life, smooth operation and reliable circuit contact.  Keys are available in flat or tubular styles, with flat keys being reversible. Supplied with randomly assigned numbers, one key is provided with each switch. Other features include a current rating of 3A at 250 Vac, a dielectric strength of 1.5 kV between contacts and case, the ability to withstand 15 kV of electrostatic discharge, a choice of two or three key positions, and circuit options of ON-ON or ON-OFF-ON.
