Piezo Accelerometers Operate To 108 Rad And +550°F

June 16, 2011
The Endevco model 7703A series piezoelectric accelerometers perform general vibration-measurement chores, particularly within nuclear environments.

The Endevco model 7703A series piezoelectric accelerometers perform general vibration-measurement chores, particularly within nuclear environments. Available in ranges of 50, 100, 200, 300, and 1,000 pC/g, the components employ a 10-32 side connector and shear mode construction. Tested in radiation environments up to 108 Rad, they are temperature compensated to +288°C (+550°F). Additionally, they are ground isolated to prevent EMI/ground loop interference and hermetically sealed. MEGGITT SENSING SYSTEMS, San Juan Capistrano, CA. (949) 493-8181.
