Continuous Level Sensors Deliver Precise Results

July 15, 2011
The CT-1000 potentiometric level sensors provide accurate continuous level gauging for filling tanks or continuous separating layer coverage in nearly all electrically conductive liquids with a resolution of ±1 mm independent of pressure, temperature, and density.

The CT-1000 potentiometric level sensors provide accurate continuous level gauging for filling tanks or continuous separating layer coverage in nearly all electrically conductive liquids with a resolution of ±1 mm independent of pressure, temperature, and density. Measuring times are in the millisecond range and the sensor fits a wide-range of tanks with lengths from 8″ to 19.7′ and is available with a 4 mA to 20 mA output or with Hart protocol. Built from stainless steel, the series offers versions that can handle temperatures up to 390°F and pressure up to 2,175 PSI. GEMS SENSORS & CONTROLS, Plainville, CT. (800) 378-1600.
