Hermetically sealed, the CVCOT8BE-0800-1600 TO-8 VCO operates from 800 MHz to 1,600 MHz in harsh, demanding environments.

Hermetically sealed, the CVCOT8BE-0800-1600 TO-8 VCO operates from 800 MHz to 1,600 MHz in harsh, demanding environments. Typical phase noise is -92 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, tuning sensitivity is 79 MHz/V, and pulling and pushing are minimized to 20 MHz and 4 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical. Other features include a control-voltage range from 0V to 20V with an input voltage of 15V, a maximum current consumption of 20 mA, an output power of +10 dBm, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
