TCXO Tightens Up Stability

Sept. 21, 2011
Touted as a highly precise temperature compensated oscillator (TCXO) with the industry’s tightest stability, the TT-VT4000CM specifies a stability of ±0.5 ppm over a temperature range from -40 degC to +85 degC.

Touted as a highly precise temperature compensated oscillator (TCXO) with the industry’s tightest stability, the TT-VT4000CM specifies a stability of ±0.5 ppm over a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. Total frequency stability is just less than ±0.8 ppm over all conditions such as voltage change, loading, and aging. Delivering a CMOS output, package size is 5 mm x 3.2 mm x 1.5 mm. Other features include an enable/disable function that allows users to place the unit in sleep mode. Price for the TT-VT4000CM is $2.50 each/10,000. TELLURIAN TECHNOLOGIES INC., Rolling Meadows, IL.
