    The CVCO55CW-3050-4250 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3,050 MHz to 4,250 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.5V to 18.5V with a typical phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Output power is typically +1.5 dBm.

    The CVCO55CW-3050-4250 voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) operates from 3,050 MHz to 4,250 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.5V to 18.5V with a typical phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. Output power is typically +1.5 dBm. Available in a 0.5 x 0.5-in. SMD package, input voltage is 5V with a maximum current consumption of 16 mA.
