CIT Relay & Switch’s DH series of panel-mount pushbutton switches, available in 22- and 25-mm sizes and custom sizes up to 40 mm, feature heavy-duty construction that makes them splash- and vandal-resistant. The actuator and threaded body both consist of stainless steel or black anodized aluminum; the former has a polycarbonate LED lens, while the inner switch body of the latter is polycarbonate. They come in momentary or latching styles in single-pole, single-throw (SPST) and double-pole, single-throw (DPST) options, normally open and normally closed. Flush actuator styles offer non-illuminated, bi-color ring illumination, or dot illumination variations. Color choices include red, yellow, green, blue, white, and orange. Voltage options range from 6 to 220 V. Electrical rating for the switches is 2 A at 24 or 125 V ac, and 1 A at 250 V ac. Electrical life of the IP65-sealed devices is 50,000 cycles with contact resistance of less than 50 mΩ. Dielectric strength measures 2000 V rms contact-to-contact, and 200 V rms contact-to-LED. Operating and storage temperature ranges from ‒25 to 70°C.
