Modules Seek Phase Control Apps

Designed for use in applications requiring phase control and isolated packaging, the new ND4 POW-R-BLOK modules are rated at 600-1600V and 210A, 250A and 260A. The modules are isolated for easy mounting with other components on a common heat sink. New features include rugged ac tab support for added durability and improved thermal conductivity to allow the user to push for higher currents at the original rated temperature. Targeted applications include large IGBT circuit front ends, ac and dc motor drives, battery supplies, power supplies and bridge circuits.
