Designed to execute an assortment of critical motion profiles at a speed of 10 Mb/s, the PCI-based MLH20-1030 Mechatrolink-II interface controller card with motion field Network capabilities controls both stepper and servomotors of various NEMA sizes. The card manages 30 programmable channels from a slave station via its communication IC, allowing users to operate a number of motion parameters. Additional features include two inputs (start and emergency stop), an output interface with a photo-coupler input and output circuitry, a memory space with 256 bytes, bus-logic power source below +5V ± 5% at 1A, and a sensor I/F power source of +24V below 0.1A.
