For improved motor-to-load inertia matching, the ID Series brush-commutated dc servo motors incorporate higher inertia armatures while low cogging torque and basic brush commutation technology contribute to smooth operation at all speeds. The motors, available in NEMA 23 and NEMA 34 frame sizes, can power equipment for a wide range of applications including factory automation, robotics, machine tools, material handling, medical, packaging, and printing/labeling. Depending on the model, standard motors in the series generate continuous torques from 1.88 to 1.59 14 lb.-in. Power ratings range from 0.12 Hp to 0.60 Hp and speeds range to 6,000 rpm.
