Enriching the company’s line of controllers/drivers for NEMA 11, 17, and 23 frame brushless servo motors, dc brush motors, and voice-coil actuators, the SilverSterling controller provides a 5A RMS continuous drive with 7A peak at 12V to 48V.

Enriching the company’s line of controllers/drivers for NEMA 11, 17, and 23 frame brushless servo motors, dc brush motors, and voice-coil actuators, the SilverSterling controller provides a 5ARMS continuous drive with 7A peak at 12V to 48V. The driver also provides both RS-485 and CAN ports, supporting DMX, MODbus RTU, CANopen, ASCII and Binary protocols. Expansion is via a 60-pin header including support for a second serial port, two SPI ports, an I2C port, and multiple analog, digital, and PWM I/Os. The SilverSterling is available with an extruded housing/heatsink that is designed to accommodate custom expansion circuit boards. Price is $275. QUICKSILVER CONTROLS INC., San Dimas, CA.
