The Premium Heavy Duty Dry Vac System, a rugged, industrial duty vacuum cleaner, sucks up high volumes of dry materials in less time than ordinary vacs. It now comes with a 30-, 55-, or 110-gallon drum and its wear-resistant design allows it to clean-up abrasive materials like steel shot, garnet, metal chips, and sand. The system uses compressed, operates quietly at 82 dBA (reportedly half the noise of electric vacs), and surrounding air is kept clean via a 0.1-micron filter bag. Additionally, there are no motors or impellers to clog or wear out. Prices start at $1,616. EXAIR CORP., Cincinnati, OH. (800) 903-9247.
