This line of concealed-head, self-clinching studs and standoffs can be permanently mounted in steel or aluminum sheets as thin as 1.6 mm. Their concealed-head feature, which enables the side of the sheet opposite installation to remain smooth and unaffected by the fastening process, provides for smooth, flush assemblies. Self-clinching aluminum or stainless steel threaded studs are available in thread sizes #4 to #40 through #10 to #32 and M3 through M5 and in lengths ranging from 0.25" through 1" and 6 mm through 25 mm. The self-clinching stainless steel threaded standoffs are offered in thread sizes #4 to #40 through 1/4 to #20 and M3 through M6 and in lengths ranging from 0.187" through 1" and 4 mm through 25 mm.
