Groomed for manual load and unload production applications requiring precision bonding, gasketing, potting, and sealing, the company's latest Robot Automation Dispensing Systems apply one- and two-component adhesives, sealants, and lubricants onto end products. Essentially custom systems, the company focuses on user requirements, and then engineers design and program a complete working robotic dispense system to meet these specifications. The finished robot dispensing system includes material supply, metering, and dispensing equipment and is ready to go to work. Design engineers develop the manual load-unload fixture, part tooling, safety components, system assembly and controls, robot selection, EOA tooling, dress-out, and system integration, while technicians provide multiple part bead-path and material process robot programming to complete the system. Technicians also provide system run-off prior to shipment, start-up after delivery, and personnel training. SEALANT EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING INC., Plymouth, MI. (734) 459-8600.
