Supplied with two color-coded, interchangeable dies for twisted-pair and coaxial cables, the CPT-RGTP cable stripper is said to deliver a clean cut through the outer jacket without ever touching the inner conductor insulation. The stripping dies, which can be stored in a space molded right into the tool body, can withstand hundreds of operational cycles. The new coaxial die can strip RG59 and RG6 cable, including Quad Shield types. It features a jacket blade preset to industry standards, as well as a center conductor preparation blade that does not score the cable.
