The EP21AN two-part polymeric adhesive, sealant and coating has a thermal conductivity in excess of 22 BTU-in./ft.2-hr.-°F. This electrical insulator material also has a dielectric strength of >400 volts/mil and volume resistivity >1013 ohm-cm. The adhesive has been formulated with a non critical, 1/1 mix ratio by weight or volume. Accelerated cures are possible by applying heat. The EP21AN adheres to a wide range of substrates, including metals, ceramics, glass and many plastics.
