Designed for shielding and grounding standard D-connector interfaces, the SPRING-LINE EMI gaskets are available in both high performance beryllium-copper and less expensive stainless steel. They provide EMI protection by ensuring that maximum surface contact is achieved via independent metal gasket fingers. The fingers provide oxide bite-through and clean the connector/gasket interface via their wiping action during compression. These low closure force gaskets fill gaps from 0.02" down to 0.004". They are available to fit nine-, 15-, 25-, 37- and 50-pin sizes. The gaskets are also available in strips, cut-to-whole finger lengths, with pick-and-stick individual grounding fingers, and in a range of stainless steel card cage shields. CHOMERICS, Woburn, MA.
