The company rounds out its RJ-45 EtherNet/IP offerings with two cordset and receptacle versions: over-molded single and double-ended bayonet style cordsets plus PCB and IDT receptacles. Suitable for use in harsh environments, the cordsets and receptacles are designed with one sealing surface. Unlike standard field-wired cordsets, the over-molded cordsets allow plug and play and promise quicker installation. The bayonet style latch receptacle also promotes fast and easy connections and guarantees proper depth when mating. Both cordsets and receptacles have IP67 and NEMA 6P ratings and are category 5e specified. Additionally, they meet the EtherNet/IP Specifications of both the Open DeviceNet Vendors Association and ControlNet Vendors Association. Pricing for a PCB-mount receptacle and a nine-foot, single-ended cordset is approximately $11. MOLEX INC., Lisle, IL. (630) 969-4550.
