Nov. 19, 2010
The high performance SG-QFE-7007 socket supports 144-pin, 0.4-mm pitch TQFP packages measuring 16 mm x 16 mm x 1.2 mm with an 18 mm x 18 mm lead tip to tip.

The high performance SG-QFE-7007 socket supports 144-pin, 0.4-mm pitch TQFP packages measuring 16 mm x 16 mm x 1.2 mm with an 18 mm x 18 mm lead tip to tip. The component operates at bandwidths up to 10 GHz with less than 1 dB of insertion loss. Contact resistance is typically 20 m? per I/O. The socket connects all pins with 10 GHz bandwidth on all connections. The SG-QFE-7007 employs low inductance gold plated embedded wire on elastomer as interconnect material between device and PCB. Operating temperature range is -35°C to +100°C, pin self inductance is 0.15 nH, mutual inductance is 0.025 nH, capacitance to ground is 0.01 pF, and current capacity is 2A per pin. Pricing is $1,219 each. IRONWOOD ELECTRONICS, Burnsville, MN. (800) 404-0204.
