FCI’s RJ-45 one-stack, eight-port shield connector with LED suits Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON) systems as well as broadband switches, hubs, routers, servers, and telecomm apps. According to FCI, GPON devices using its jack offers a more bandwidth-efficient protocol for data services. Other features include a lifespan of 1,000 cycles, an operating temperature range from 0ºC to +70ºC, compliance with GS-22-008 specs, and a shield shell for EMI protection.
