Operating in temperatures from -55°C to +180°C, the CBT-BGA-6014 socket supports 144-pin BGA devices. Its contactor is a stamped spring pin with 19g actuation force per ball and a cycle life of 500,000 insertions. Self inductance of the contactor is 0.93 nH, insertion loss is less than 1 dB at 23.2 GHz, and contact resistance is less than 16 m?.
