For testing Amkor's 24 lead QFN - CBT-QFN-7005, the company’s stamped spring pin socket specifies a 26g per ball actuation force and a cycle life of 500,000 insertions. Self inductance of the contactor is 0.88 nH, insertion loss is less than 1 dB at 15.7 GHz, and capacitance 0.097 pF. The current capacity of each contactor is 4A at a +80°C temperature rise. Socket temperature range is -55°C to +180°C. Other features include a low-profile snap lid and a wave spring with swivel compression plate. Single-unit pricing for the CBT-QFN-7005 socket is $557.
