Schurter’s TF 600 fuse series offers a rated breaking capacity of 60 A at 600 Vac with available rated currents of 0.5 A, 1.25 A, and 2 A. The series is designed to assist manufacturers of telecommunications equipment in meeting power cross and lightning surge requirements as outlined in both North American standards (Telcordia GR-1089and TIA-968-A) as well as UL 60950.

The TF 600’s time-lag tripping characteristic provides reliable supplementary protection of secondary circuits in a variety of telecom systems. The fuse remains intact for 4 hrs minimum at the rated current, and then breaks between 1 s and 120 s at 2.5 times the rated current for the particular fuse.

The fuse meets the International standards ITU-T K.20 and IEC 60950. Also, it is cURus-recognized according to UL 248-14 / CSA C22.2 No. 248.14, and is designed to IEC standard 60127-4. In addition, the fuse holds a “Free of CCC” confirmation for China. Available now, the TF 600 is priced at $0.46 each in 100-pieces quantities.
