Designed for high-speed, high-frequency data applications, the RIA series isolated resistor networks and the RBA bussed resistor networks are claimed to offer excellent performance, reliability and stability. The RIA series integrates up to 12 components in standard 24-pin QSOP packages with resistance values from 10 ohms to 1 Megaohm with a tolerance range of ±20% to ±0.1%. Temperature coefficient of resistance options include ±10, ±25, ±50 and ±100 ppm/°C. The RBA series integrates up to 23 components with similar specifications.
